PEMRA Code Compliance

All M Network channels broadcast under valid PEMRA licenses and adhere fully to the Electronic Media Code of Conduct 2015, including content classification, advertising limits, and time-restriction rules.

IP & Copyright Policy

All programming, logos, promos, and digital content are the intellectual property of M Network or its licensors. Rebroadcast, re-streaming, or commercial reuse without a written license is prohibited.

DMCA & Content Takedown

Rights holders may submit takedown requests for infringing use of their content on our platforms. Verified requests are actioned within 72 hours with notice to the uploader.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data needed to operate our services — app analytics, newsletter emails, and contest entries — and never sell personal data to third parties.

Terms of Service

Use of the M Network website, app, and streams is subject to our terms, including acceptable-use rules for community features, polls, and contests.

Viewer Complaint Cell

Concerned about something we aired? Our complaint cell reviews every submission against the PEMRA code and our own editorial standards, and responds within seven working days.
